Rules and Regulations Governing Ap­ prentices. The Employer and the Union agree that all apprenticeship programs for occupa­ tions covered under this Agreement shall be governed by written apprenticeship stand­ ards approved and registered by the Admin­ istrator of Apprenticeship in accordance with the Xxxxxxx - Xxxxxxx Apprentice Labor Standards Act of 1939, as amended. Joint Apprenticeship Committees formed under these apprenticeship standards shall be charged with the responsibility of admin­ istering apprenticeship programs for me­ chanical, body and fender, painter, and parts apprentices. Parts apprentice programs shall be estab­ lished for a three-year term and all other apprentice programs shall be established for a four-year term. Apprentice agreements shall obligate the Employer to provide on-the-job training. Apprentices must be trained under the direct supervision of a journeyman at all times. After an Apprentice has served a 90-day probationary period, he shall not be ad­ vanced, retarded, or terminated without prior consultation and consent of the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.

Rules and Regulations Governing Ap­ prentices. The Alameda County and West Contra Costa County Joint Apprenticeship Committee is charged with the responsibility of administering an Apprentice training pro­ gram in cooperation with Employers to train qualified journeymen for the Mechanical, Painters, Body and Fender and Parts De­ partments of the Employer. The program is administered by the Ap­ prenticeship Committee and after a 90-day probationary period the Apprentice cannot be advanced, retarded or terminated except with prior consultation and consent of the Committee. The required Indenture Agreement obli­ gates the Employer to provide on-the-job training. Apprentices must be trained under direct supervision of a journeyman at all times. Parts Apprentices are indentured for three-year periods; all others for four-year periods.

  • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement.   • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal, or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over use, condition, and occupancy of the Leased Premises. Tenant must use and maintain the Leased Premises in a clean, careful, safe, and proper manner and in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including Applicable Laws pertaining to health, safety, disabled persons, and the environment; provided, however, that Tenant shall not be required to make any structural changes or repairs to the Leased Premises unless the need for such structural changes or repairs is caused by Tenant, its agents, employees, invitees, or others for whom Tenant is responsible pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Lease.   • Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract.
