Policies and Regulations means the published policies, procedures and regulations (including those relating to academic and quality assurance) of either University as amended and/or updated from time to time;
Policies and Regulations means the regulations of the Company, approved and adopted from time to time by the Board pursuant to the power afforded by Clause
