RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR DISCIPLINE AND CONTROL. 24.1: The City of Coconut Creek recognizes that the Police Department has special discipline and control requirements in addition to those imposed on general City employees. These special requirements concern emergency operations which necessitate a more strict discipline and control code inasmuch as the Police Department is a parliamentary department. This Article segregates these special disciplinary requirements.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR DISCIPLINE AND CONTROL. 18.1: The City of Coconut Creek Administrative Orders, the Police Department General Orders, Enforcement Procedures, and Administrative Procedures, and the Human Resources Policies and Procedures, as may be amended from time to time, shall be adopted by reference and made a part of this Agreement. Should a conflict exist between these policies and procedures and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. It is agreed and understood that each member of the Bargaining Unit will be provided with an electronic copy of such policies and procedures. Any such new departmental rules and regulations shall be distributed to members within thirty (30) days after formal adoption, or as soon as practical thereafter. Employees will be required to sign for or digitally acknowledge the rules and regulations.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same:

  • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared.   • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.
