Round Trip Rentals. Contractor shall charge the rates listed in Exhibit BPrice Schedule for the rental of trucks at each branch location. Rates under the Contract are not subject to blackout dates and do not require a minimum rental period. Rates do not include refueling charges; taxes; bond issues imposed by government bodies; any convenience options listed that the Driver may purchase, assessments, fees, surcharges, government charges, facility charges, and concession recovery charges, and any other charges itemized on the invoice which Contractor is required by a third party to collect. Contractor shall itemize those charges as separate line items on the rental agreement and add the charges to the base rate when they are applicable specifically to the Purchasing Entity. Where the Purchasing Entity is not exempt from sales taxes on sales within their state, the Contractor shall add the sales taxes on the billing invoice as a separate entry.

Rates include all charges for reservations and collision/loss damage waiver insurance. Rates under this Master Agreement are not subject to blackout dates and do not require a minimum rental period. Applicable weekend/weekly discounts will be calculated and applied. Rates in the Price Schedule (Attachment C) are base rates. They are exclusive of local and state sales and federal excise taxes, city surcharges or city differential fees applicable in certain cities. Rates do not include refueling charges, legislative or mandated taxes, bond issues imposed by government bodies or any additional optional charges that Driver/Renter may purchase. Contractor shall itemize those charges as separate line items on the rental agreement and add the charges to the base rate. Where the Participating Entity is not exempt from sales taxes on sales within their state, the Contractor shall add the sales taxes on the billing invoice as a separate entry.

Rate includes all charges for reservations, shuttle service, collision/loss damage waiver insurance, and unlimited mileage. Rates under the MA if awarded are not subject to blackout dates and do not require a minimum rental period. Applicable weekend/weekly discounts will be calculated and applied. Rates are base rates; they are exclusive of fuel for re-fueling, optional Services or features purchased by Traveler, local and state sales and federal excise taxes, airport concession fees, city surcharges or city differential fees applicable in certain cities, legislative or mandated taxes or fees, bond issues imposed by government bodies and similar charges controlled by third party(ies). Contractor shall itemize those charges as separate line items on the rental agreement and add the charges to the base rate. Where the Purchasing Entity is not exempt from sales taxes on sales within their state, the Contractor shall add the sales taxes on the billing invoice as a separate entry. An hourly over time charge at one third of daily rental rate up to a maximum of the daily rental rate.

  • Paying Electricity Charges pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Flat And Appurtenances.

  • Equipment Rental Charges i. The Judicial Council may use either the Contractor’s audio-visual provider or provide for its own audio-visual source to service the Program. Should the Judicial Council use the Contractor’s audio-visual provider, the charges for services and/or equipment provided under this exhibit shall not exceed the amounts set forth in the Contractor’s Audio- Visual and Other Equipment Price List, as attached to this Agreement in Exhibit H.   • Basic Rent The periodic rent payable for the Aircraft throughout the Basic Term pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Lease, adjusted pursuant to Article 3 of the Lease. Basic Term. The period commencing at the beginning of the day on the Delivery Date and ending at the end of the day on July 15, 2023, or such earlier date on which the Lease shall be terminated as provided therein.

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.
