Road Mileage. A teacher will be eligible for mileage compensation when they are required to drive in following their assigned schedule as developed by the Administration or as eligible for mileage reimbursement in other articles in this contract. Anyone filing for mileage will be required to complete the District mileage reimbursement form and will be reimbursed at the IRS Standard Mileage Rate.

Road Mileage. Employees will be reimbursed for road mileage and tolls upon submission of receipts for travel out of town with prior written approval of the Superintendent/designee, at the rate set by the District.

  • Mileage Any bargaining unit member required to use his/her vehicle on District business shall be reimbursed at the rate established by the District for all miles driven on behalf of the District. The mileage computation shall include mileage necessary to return to the employee’s normal job site after the completion of District business. This amount shall be payable in a separate warrant prepared for processing in accordance with procedures of the office of the County Superintendent of Schools.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Cellular Phone Employer shall provide Employee with a cellular phone for his use in performing his responsibilities with Employer. In the alternative, Employer shall pay Employee’s cellular phone expense.

  • Distance Education 7.13.1 Expanding student access, not increasing productivity or enrollment, shall be the primary determining factor when a decision is made to schedule a distance education course. There will be no reduction in force of faculty (as defined in Article XXIII of this Agreement) as a result of the District’s participation in distance education.
