RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. 3.1. Both Parties shall ensure that personal data processing procedures carried out by each are lawful.

Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Billtrust shall assist Customer by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Customer’s obligations, as reasonably understood by the Customer, to respond to requests to exercise rights of the Data Subjects under Applicable Laws.

If requested by Purchaser in order for Purchaser to comply with the Laws, Supplier shall at reasonable cost based on actual work by Supplier: (a) promptly provide Purchaser with a copy of individuals’ Personal Data in tangible and/or machine readable form; (b) promptly correct, block or delete individuals’ Personal Data; (c) promptly provide Purchaser with such information and cooperation regarding the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement as Purchaser may reasonably request; and (d) provide individuals whose Personal Data is being processed with such information regarding the processing as Purchaser may reasonably request. In the event a public authority or a third party requests such information as follows from the section above, the Supplier shall immediately notify the Purchaser of the request and the Supplier and Purchaser shall, in consultation, agree on the appropriate manner of proceeding.

The Processor will provide assistance to the Controller, by means of suitable technical and organisational measures, during the fulfilment of the duty to safeguard the requests from the data subject for the exercise of the data subject's rights set out in Section 12 up to and including 22 of the GDPR.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. 9.1 Online undertakes to reasonably cooperate with the Client in order to guarantee that requests from Data Subjects provided for under Data Protection Regulations to exercise their rights are met within the time limits and in accordance with the procedures laid down by law and, more generally, in order to ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Regulations. In this respect, Online undertakes to notify the Client of any request by a Data Subject it received.
