Rights Confined to Parties. Nothing expressed or implied herein is intended or shall be construed to confer upon, or to give to, any Person other than FFB, the Borrower, and RUS, and their respective successors and permitted assigns, any right, remedy, or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or of any term, covenant, or condition hereof, and all of the terms, covenants, conditions, promises, and agreements contained herein shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of FFB, the Borrower, and RUS, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
