Section 15.8. 47 The District will pass through any State funded salary or cost of living increase to all bargaining unit 48 members including non-BEA funded positions. Salary increase funds, if any, will be applied on a 1 percentage basis to all steps on Schedule A. Section 15.8. 13 An employee directed by the District to work in a higher paying classification will be paid at the rate 14 of the higher classification for such work performed.
