Review of the MOU. Subject to the dissolution of the ONTC, this MOU must be renewed or revised by the Expiry Date. A full review of this MOU will be initiated at least three months prior to the Expiry Date. This MOU shall continue to apply until a new memorandum of understanding has been approved and signed.
Review of the MOU. 9.1 The Commissioner and the CRTC will monitor the operation of this MoU and review it biennially, or sooner if either Participant so requests.

Review of the MOU. The MoU is valid until further notice. The MoU should be reviewed and updated on a regular basis, at least every second year.

Moreover, the MoU might need review following amendments to relevant legislation or due to other circumstances.

Review of the MOU. This MOU will be reviewed when there is a change in Minister or Chair. This MOU will also be reviewed every five years from the Effective Date, or earlier if the Parties agree, in order to ensure the MOU is current and consistent with requirements. Any amendments to this MOU shall be in accordance with Section 22.4 of this MOU.
Review of the MOU. The parties agree that this MOU will be reviewed annually by both parties. The parties acknowledge that it is both parties’ intent that the historic practice of the parties set forth in Section 3 above will continue for the term of this MOU. Should the historic practice of the parties change though, the parties agree to work, in good faith, to amend this MOU to reflect the change in the manner or order by which Hospital or City respond to emergency response events.
