Responsibility for Teaching, Supervision and Evaluation of Residents. While at the XXhospital, residents/fellows from UCSD will receive supervision and instruction from members of the Department of XX. Residents/Fellows will be supervised in all of their activities commensurate with the complexity of care being given and the resident's / fellow's own abilities. Such activities include, but are not limited to the following: Patient care in clinics/inpatient xxxx/emergency department Conferences and lectures Minor procedures such as XX Interactions with administrative staff and nursing personnel Resident’s/Fellows’ evaluations will be both formal and informal. Faculty members/Supervising physicians with significant contact with a resident/fellow will complete an evaluation form at the conclusion of the XXhospital rotation. UCSD residents/fellows shall complete evaluation forms for the XXhospital rotation and the teaching faculty/supervising physicians after each rotation.

Responsibility for Teaching, Supervision and Evaluation of Residents. (The individual at Affiliating Entity) as appointed by the Department of (program name) will be responsible for providing adequate supervision of the (resident(s)/fellow (s)) during the course of their educational experience while rotating at (Affiliating Entity) as embodied by both LSU School of Medicine House Staff Policy and Procedure Manual, and (Affiliating Entity) department’s staff policies. Residents will be expected to be supervised in all their activities commensurate with the complexity of care being given and the residents own abilities and experience. Resident evaluations will be formal and informal. Physicians with significant contact with a LSU School of Medicine (resident or fellow) will complete an evaluation form supplied by (name of program) at the conclusion of the residents rotation at (Affiliating Entity). LSU School of Medicine residents and fellows shall complete evaluation for (Affiliating Entity) rotation and the teaching faculty. Evaluations are to be sent to (Program Director).
Responsibility for Teaching, Supervision and Evaluation of Residents. While at AFFILIATE, residents from Cedars-Sinai will receive supervision and instruction from active members of the AFFILIATE’s faculty. Residents will be expected to behave as colleagues to the AFFILIATE’s faculty, but will be supervised in all their activities commensurate with the complexity of care being given and the fellow’s own abilities. Residents will receive evaluations and feedback both formally and informally. AFFILIATE agrees to provide the Cedars-Sinai Program Director with written evaluations of the performance of the residents who participate in the program at the end of each rotation, or more frequently as agreed to with the Program Director. Residents will have an opportunity to evaluate the faculty at AFFILIATE and the overall rotation in writing and also informally.

  • Responsibility for Evaluation Within each school the Principal will be responsible for the evaluation of employees assigned to that school. Evaluation will be made by the Principal or a qualified administrator. An employee assigned to more than one school will be evaluated by the Principal of the school in which the employee is assigned for the greater amount of time, with input provided by the Principal of the other school. Any Principal or person charged with the responsibility of evaluation of employees may involve other staff and students in the process if acceptable to the certificated teacher being evaluated.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 12T.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • Supervision of Student Teachers Paragraph 1: Supervision of a student teacher shall be voluntary. Teachers shall normally be notified of a student teacher assigned at least two (2) weeks prior to the student teacher’s introduction to the classroom. The school system shall provide the cooperating teacher with whatever materials it deems appropriate. The cooperating teacher shall be responsible for being knowledgeable of the contents of any such materials provided.

  • Evaluation of Teaching 1. All reports on a teacher shall be in writing.

  • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.

  • Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry.

  • Termination of Contractor’s Responsibilities This Agreement will be considered complete when all work has been completed and accepted by the COUNTY and all warranty periods have expired. The CONTRACTOR will then be released from further obligation except as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Responsibility for Content Vendor is solely responsible for administration, content, intellectual property rights, and all materials at Vendor’s website. DIR reserves the right to require a change of listed content if, in the opinion of DIR, it does not adequately represent the Contract.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.
