RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. To reserve the Space, the Online Agreement and payment is due before any space will be assigned. Payments under $15,000 are due in full to secure your space, if the order is over $15,000 a minimum of $15,000 is due to secure your space. If Exhibitor's total payment is in excess of $15,000, final payment must be received by Monday, November 1, 2021 or Exhibitor will be deemed to have canceled the Agreement.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. To reserve the Space, the Agreement and payment as specified on the Booth Space Agreement must be returned to the Conference by Friday, August 7, 2019 to be included in the first round of assignments. If not received by this date, the Conference reserves the right to cancel the Agreement. If Exhibitor's total payment is in excess of $15,000, total payment must be received by Friday, November 1, 2019 or Exhibitor will be deemed to have canceled the Agreement. BOTH THE EXHIBITOR AND THE CONFERENCE SPECIFICALLY RECOGNIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CONFERENCE WILL SUSTAIN CERTAIN LOSSES IF THE EXHIBITOR CANCELS THE AGREEMENT AFTER ITS EXECUTION. EVEN THOUGH THE CONFERENCE WILL EXERCISE ITS BEST EFFORTS TO RESELL EXHIBITOR'S SPACE, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE CONFERENCE WILL INCUR SUBSTANTIAL LOSSES THAT CANNOT BE PRECISELY DETERMINED DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY IF NOT IMPOSSIBILITY OF DETERMINING SUCH LOSSES. ACCORDINGLY, EXHIBITOR AGREES TO THE REFUND POLICY SET FORTH ON THE 2020 BOOTH SPACE AGREEMENT.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. The tourist agency Eurotours works in accordance with firm cancellation policy. In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: • Reservation cancellations notified till 60 days before arrival: 100 % of the total reservation cost is refunded • Reservation cancellations notified between 30 and 59 days before arrival: 50 % of the total reservation cost is refunded • Reservation cancellations notified between 0 and 29 days before arrival: 0 % of the total reservation cost is refunded Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the appropriate day.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. To reserve the Space, the Online Agreement and payment is due before any space will be assigned. A minimum of 50% payment is due upon booth reservation to confirm booth space assignment. Final payment on booth space is due within 60 days of the date of booth reservation. Any reservations made after December 1, 2023, must be paid in full upon reservation. Any reservations made after January 31, 2024 must be paid in full via credit card only. If Exhibitor's total payment is not received within 60 days of reservation, Exhibitor will be deemed to have canceled the Agreement.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. All reservations must be confirmed no less than five days before the event. United Way of Greater Lorain County has the right to cancel reservations at its discretion or move your meeting to another room that will accommodate your group.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: • Reservation cancellations notified till 42 days before arrival: 30 % of the total reservation cost is charged • Reservation cancellations notified between 41 and 28 days before arrival: 50 % of the total reservation cost is charged • Reservation cancellations notified between 27 and 8 days before arrival: 80 % of the total reservation cost is charged • Reservation cancellations 7 and 1 day before arrivall: 90 % of the total reservation cost is charged. • Reservation cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100 % of the total reservation cost is charged. The handling charges of 25,00 € will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unnanounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. The POC is responsible to notify staff as soon as possible should a meeting be cancelled or the room is no longer needed for the scheduled time. Failure to do so may prevent your organization from future use.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION. Conference room reservations may be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation. A check will be issued within 5 business days.
