REQUIRED AUDITIONS. There are many performance opportunities in our community. The December Holiday Performance is a required audition for all Pre-Professional Level members. We may send notifications when other local community groups are holding auditions for shows. For PPL Dancers, Triple Threat-Dance Focused Members only • Conventions – Dancers on the Pre-Professional Level program are required to attend a minimum of one dance convention per year but are encouraged to attend more. o If you are under a company contract please refer to your obligation there. o In order to assist with your annual calendar, specific dates will be announced as soon as we receive the information.
REQUIRED AUDITIONS. (a) There shall be no less than one full day of auditions for each production. One full day of Equity auditions consists of seven hours of auditions out of an eight-hour period. A half-day consists of four consecutive hours of Equity auditions. Two half-days may be used to equal one day. Upon written consent of Equity, two full days of seasonal Equity auditions for Equity performers and Stage Managers may fulfill the audition requirement. These auditions shall be at the theatre or other local space approved by Equity. Auditions and interviews will be conducted by an individual or individuals with casting authority (the Producer, director, choreographer, musical director, assistant director, author and/or professional casting director, as designated in writing by the Producer). Either the director, musical director, composer, or choral director must be present at all Equity auditions for singers. Either the choreographer, assistant choreographer, or dance captain must be present at all Equity dance auditions.

  • E9 Audit E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority.   • Records and Audit/Inspections 6.13.1 A-E shall keep an accurate record of time expended by A-E and/or consultants employed by A-E in the performance of this CONTRACT.

  • SAO AUDIT A. The state auditor may conduct an audit or investigation of any entity receiving funds from the state directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract. The acceptance of funds directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract acts as acceptance of the authority of the state auditor, under the direction of the legislative audit committee, to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds. Under the direction of the legislative audit committee, an entity that is the subject of an audit or investigation by the state auditor must provide the state auditor with access to any information the state auditor considers relevant to the investigation or audit.

  • Single Audit Act Compliance If the Contractor is a subrecipient and expends $750,000 or more in federal awards from any and/or all sources in any fiscal year, the Contractor shall procure and pay for a single audit or a program-specific audit for that fiscal year. Upon completion of each audit, the Contractor shall:

  • RECORD RETENTION AND INSPECTION/AUDIT SETTLEMENT The Contractor shall maintain accurate and complete financial records of its activities and operations relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Contractor shall also maintain accurate and complete employment and other records relating to its performance of this Contract. The Contractor agrees that the County, or its authorized representatives, shall have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe any pertinent transaction, activity, or record relating to this Contract. All such material, including, but not limited to, all financial records, bank statements, cancelled checks or other proof of payment, timecards, sign-in/sign-out sheets and other time and employment records, and proprietary data and information, shall be kept and maintained by the Contractor and shall be made available to the County during the term of this Contract and for a period of five (5) years thereafter unless the County’s written permission is given to dispose of any such material prior to such time. All such material shall be maintained by the Contractor at a location in Los Angeles County, provided that if any such material is located outside Los Angeles County, then, at the County’s option, the Contractor shall pay the County for travel, per diem, and other costs incurred by the County to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe such material at such other location.

  • Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.
