Reputation of the parties. The Grant Recipient will not, and will use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Grant Recipient Parties will not knowingly do or omit to do anything in relation to the Agreed Profile, Housing Outputs or Programme or in the course of their other activities that may bring the standing of Homes England or the Programme into disrepute or attract adverse publicity for Homes England.

Reputation of the parties. The Borough will not, and will use all reasonable endeavours to procure that all Contractors officers, employees or agents will not knowingly do or omit to do anything in relation to the Zone Documents, the Housing Zones and/or the Borough Zone Outputs or in the course of their other activities that may bring the standing of the Mayor, the GLA or the GLA Group into disrepute or attract adverse publicity for GLA. No party will publish any statement, orally or in writing, relating to the other party which might damage that other party's reputation or that of any of its officers or employees.

The Grant Recipient has not at any time, engaged in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000. The Grant Recipient is not ineligible to be awarded any contract or business under the Public Contracts Regulations or section 26 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/6) (each as amended). The Grant Recipient will not engage (directly or indirectly) in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000. The Grant Recipient will maintain in place adequate procedures in line with guidance published by the Secretary of State under section 9 of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 designed to prevent any Associated Person of a person from bribing another person (within the meaning given in section 7(3) of the Bribery Act 2010) intending to obtain or retain business or an advantage in the conduct of the business of a person. The Grant Recipient shall supply to Homes England, promptly on request of Homes England, copies of such documentation or other evidence as is reasonably requested by Homes England to enable Homes England to satisfy itself that such procedures are in place. The Grant Recipient shall supply to Homes England, promptly on becoming aware of them, details of any investigation, enquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body relating to any offence or alleged offence under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 against it.
