REPORT AND ANALYSIS. Upon completion of our field, laboratory and office studies, a Geotechnical Investigation report will be completed for the project and will include the following: Description of the project site with the approximate locations of our field explorations, shown on a Site Plan; Descriptive logs of the explorations performed for this study; General summary of the site soils and geology; General summary of the structural section thicknesses observed within the borings. Excludes descriptions of pavement overlays, observed distress, and/or aggregate type used for pavement. Discussion of groundwater conditions and potential for dewatering during construction; Construction and design recommendations for pipeline replacement: o Trench excavatability, backfill, and bottom of trench preparation; o Recommendations for trench excavations and shoring requirements as required by soil conditions including anticipated caving and/or sloughing soil conditions; o Corrosion potential to concrete of site soils; o Dewatering recommendations, if warranted, based on existing groundwater levels; o Lateral earth pressures for manhole design; and o Foundation recommendations for manhole and/or vault construction. Recommended full reconstruct structural section design based on NDOT standards or the 2007 Flexible Pavement Flexible Pavement Design Manual for native subgrade and trench conditions. o Traffic counts will be provided by the client; o Truck percentages and axle factors will be based on recommendations from the NDOT Traffic Division in conjunction with the 2009 NDOT Annual Traffic Report. Anticipated construction difficulties. Any additional work, if required for this investigation, will be billed on a time and materials basis in accordance with our Standard Fee Schedule.

REPORT AND ANALYSIS. Upon completion of our office studies, a geotechnical investigation report will be completed for the project and will include the following:  Description of the project site with the approximate locations of previous field explorations, shown on a site plan;  Descriptive logs of the field explorations;  General summary of the site soils and geology;  Discussion of seismic hazards including site seismicity and parameters for design;  Discussion of the general surface and ground water conditions; Recommendations for the following:  Pipeline trenching recommendations including sidewall soil stability;  Bottom of pipeline trench stabilization recommendations;  Pipeline bedding and backfill recommendations;  Concrete slab-on-grade subgrade soils preparation including stabilization recommendations;  Headwall and wing wall allowable bearing values, anticipated settlements, and minimum footing depths and widths;  Lateral earth pressures for retaining wall and foundation design;  Potential soil corrosion; and  Anticipated construction difficulties.

  • DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS The goal of this task is to collect operational data from the project, to analyze that data for economic and environmental impacts, and to include the data and analysis in the Final Report. Formulas will be provided for calculations. A Final Report data collection template will be provided by the Energy Commission. The Recipient shall: • Develop data collection test plan. • Troubleshoot any issues identified. • Collect data, information, and analysis and develop a Final Report which includes: o Total gross project costs. o Length of time from award of bus(es) to project completion. o Fuel usage before and after the project.

  • Data Analysis In the meeting, the analysis that has led the College President to conclude that a reduction- in-force in the FSA at that College may be necessary will be shared. The analysis will include but is not limited to the following: ● Relationship of the FSA to the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan of the College and district ● External requirement for the services provided by the FSA such as accreditation or intergovernmental agreements ● Annual instructional load (as applicable) ● Percentage of annual instructional load taught by Residential Faculty (as applicable) ● Fall Full-Time Student Equivalent (FFTE) inclusive of dual enrollment ● Number of Residential Faculty teaching/working in the FSA ● Number of Residential Faculty whose primary FSA is the FSA being analyzed ● Revenue trends over five years for the FSA including but not limited to tuition and fees ● Expenditure trends over five years for the FSA including but not limited to personnel and capital ● Account balances for any fees accounts within the FSA ● Cost/benefit analysis of reducing all non-Residential Faculty plus one Residential Faculty within the FSA ● An explanation of the problem that reducing the number of faculty in the FSA would solve ● The list of potential Residential Faculty that are at risk of layoff as determined by the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources ● Other relevant information, as requested

  • Financial Condition There shall have been no material adverse change, as determined by Bank, in the financial condition or business of Borrower, nor any material decline, as determined by Bank, in the market value of any collateral required hereunder or a substantial or material portion of the assets of Borrower.

  • Statistical Analysis 31 F-tests and t-tests will be used to analyze OV and Quality Acceptance data. The F-test is a 32 comparison of variances to determine if the OV and Quality Acceptance population variances 33 are equal. The t-test is a comparison of means to determine if the OV and Quality Acceptance 34 population means are equal. In addition to these two types of analyses, independent verification 35 and observation verification will also be used to validate the Quality Acceptance test results.

  • Financial Conditions Section 4.01. (a) The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system, including records and accounts, and prepare financial statements in a format acceptable to the Bank, adequate to reflect the operations, resources and expenditures in respect of the Project and each Sub-project (including its cost and the benefits to be derived from it).

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.
