Replacement of Worn Uniform Components. With Employer approval, worn uniform components will be replaced at no charge upon return of the worn items to the Employer.

Replacement of Worn Uniform Components. The Employer shall replace uniform components when they are worn or damaged. Such replacement will be at no charge to the employee if the wear/damage is due to proper, work-related use. Uniform component replacements shall be provided only when the employee turns in the prior component being replaced (i.e., a one-for-one exchange).
Replacement of Worn Uniform Components. ‌ It shall be the responsibility of each employee to replace worn uniform items. Optional uniform items that are determined by the Employer to be excessively worn or faded will not be allowed to be worn while on duty.
Replacement of Worn Uniform Components. The Employer shall replace the above employee uniform components, (excluding boots) periodically for damage incurred while on duty or for normal wear and tear. Uniform components will be replaced at any point if damaged or permanently soiled in the performance of the employees' duties. Any uniform component supplied by the Employer under this Agreement, which is worn/and or damaged beyond repair through the normal course of business, shall be replaced at no cost to the employee upon return of the worn or damaged item to the Employer within thirty (30) days from the employee’s return of the worn/damaged item.

Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. To the limited extent a third party license expressly supersedes this XXXX, such third party license governs Customer’s use of that third party component.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.

  • Standard Service Features Ethernet Access allows Customer to terminate single and/or multiple Ethernet Virtual Circuits (EVCs) from Customer equipment onto a single Ethernet Access UNI.
