RENT FOR FACILITY. The Lessee hereby agrees to pay the Owner-Trustee Rent for the Facility (the "PERIODIC RENT") payable for the Basic Term in consecutive semiannual installments (other than the first Periodic Rent payment, which shall be in respect of the period from the Closing Date to the first Rent Payment Date), each in an amount equal to the product of the Adjusted Facility Cost multiplied by the Periodic Rent percentage set forth opposite each Rent Payment Date on Schedule 1, payable in advance or arrears as and to the extent set forth in Schedule 1 on each such Rent Payment Date.

RENT FOR FACILITY. The Lessee hereby agrees to pay to the Owner Trustee Rent for the Facility (the "Periodic Rent") on each semiannual Rent Payment Date during the Facility Lease Term, unless the Facility Lease is earlier terminated in accordance with the express provisions hereof, in an amount equal to the percentage set forth under the column entitled "Total Periodic Rent Percentage" opposite such Rent Payment Date on Schedule 1 multiplied by the Facility Cost. The Periodic Rent payable on each Rent Payment Date pursuant to this Section 4(a) shall be in satisfaction of the Lessee's obligation to pay the Periodic Rent allocated to each full or partial calendar year during the Facility Lease Term as set forth on Schedule 1A.

  • Payment for Overtime 1. Except as provided in 2.C.3., below, overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate.

  • PAYMENT FOR WORK The H-GAC Customer is responsible for making payment to the Contractor upon delivery and acceptance of the goods or completion of the services and submission of the subsequent invoice.

  • Payment for Improvements If payment is made directly to contractors, Tenant shall (i) comply with Landlord's requirements for final lien releases and waivers in connection with Tenant's payment for work to contractors, and (ii) sign Landlord's standard contractor's rules and regulations. If Tenant orders any work directly from Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to five percent of the cost of such work to compensate Landlord for all overhead, general conditions, fees and other costs and expenses arising from Landlord's involvement with such work. If Tenant does not order any work directly from Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for Landlord's reasonable, actual, out-of-pocket costs and expenses actually incurred in connection with Landlord's review of such work.

  • Early Construction of Base Case Facilities Developer may request Connecting Transmission Owner to construct, and Connecting Transmission Owner shall construct, subject to a binding cost allocation agreement reached in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT, including Section 25.8.7 thereof, using Reasonable Efforts to accommodate Developer’s In-Service Date, all or any portion of any System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades required for Developer to be interconnected to the New York State Transmission System which are included in the Base Case of the Class Year Study for the Developer, and which also are required to be constructed for another Developer, but where such construction is not scheduled to be completed in time to achieve Developer’s In-Service Date.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Audit and Inspection of Plants, Places of Business and Records (a) The State and its agents, including, but not limited to, the Connecticut Auditors of Public Accounts, Attorney General and State’s Attorney and their respective agents, may, at reasonable hours, inspect and examine all of the parts of the Contractor’s and Contractor Parties’ plants and places of business which, in any way, are related to, or involved in, the performance of this Contract.

  • RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

  • CONTRACT AMOUNT AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES 5.1 Fiscal Year 2020 Contract Amount. The total amount of HHSC's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $4,871,213.20. XXXXX's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020, the local match, is $307,076.31. The total value of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $5,178,289.51.
