Payment for Work. The District agrees to pay Vendor upon acceptance of work and in accordance with the standard terms and conditions as follows: Vendor shall bill District monthly as services are performed. Payment for Work. In consideration for TAES' performance of the Research Program, CARRINGTON shall pay TAES an amount agreed upon annuall▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ection with the negotiation of the Annual Budget. Notwithstanding this negotiation, the parties agree that the amount established under each Annual Budget shall not be less than $200,000, which is the minimum required for TAES to maintain a team of researchers dedicated to the Research Program.

  • The Design-Builder shall be compensated in a series of progress payments and a Final Payment, for Work completed in accordance with the Agreement, and for which proper Applications for Payment have been submitted and approved.

Related to Payment for Work

  • Grant-Making Work means such work and activities relating to the management of grants outsourced to the Partner as described in the Partner Project Document. Grant-Making Work may be one component of a broader project, or the sole purpose of the project. Grant-Making Work may also include project design, project management and grant administration, monitoring and evaluation.

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.
