RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter/ Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Vendor / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Open/Covered Parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedule E as also the garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.

The Vendor/Developer / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Duplex or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect. However, all warranties of fixtures electronic/mechanical or others given by the Promoter shall be covered by manufacturer as per terms & condition; the Promoter shall not be responsible for any warranty on any fixtures under any circumstances.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Developer/maintenance agency/Association, as the case may be, shall have the right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Residents Club, covered and open parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee also agrees to permit the Developer/Association and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW- HOUSE] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect. However, all warranties of fixtures electronic/mechanical or others given by the Promoter shall be covered by manufacturer as per terms & condition; the Promoter shall not be responsible for any warranty on any fixtures under any circumstances.
