RENDITION OF SERVICES. The Contractor agrees to provide professional services to the District in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the performance of its work, the Contractor represents that it (1) has and will exercise the degree of professional care, skill, efficiency, and judgment of contractors with special expertise in providing such services; (2) carries all applicable licenses, certificates, and registrations in current and good standing that may be required to perform the work; and (3) will retain all such licenses, certificates, and registrations in active status throughout the duration of this engagement.
RENDITION OF SERVICES. The Contractor hereby agrees to undertake, carry out and complete all work established herein in a professional and efficient manner satisfactory to District standards. The professional service or the performance of work or services required by the District cannot satisfactorily be performed by the regular employees of the District.
RENDITION OF SERVICES. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide professional services to County Connection in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
RENDITION OF SERVICES. The CONSULTANT agrees to provide professional services to the DISTRICT in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Services"). In the performance of its Services, CONSULTANT represents that it has and will exercise that degree of professional care, skill, efficiency and judgment ordinarily employed by consultants providing similar services. CONSULTANT further represents and warrants that it holds currently in effect all licenses, registrations, and certifications in good standing that may be required under applicable law or regulations to perform these services and agrees to retain such licenses, registrations, and certifications in active status throughout the duration of this engagement.
RENDITION OF SERVICES. CONSULTANT shall provide professional services to TOWN in accordance with this Agreement.

RENDITION OF SERVICES. The COLLEGE agrees to provide the data identified in Exhibit A in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
