I am aware that the Livestock and/or Small Animal events are hazardous activities and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved, and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage. I forever release the Fair and the State of California and any of their affiliated organizations from any and all action, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in the activities described above. I understand and agree that I am responsible for the conduct of my animal(s) while on the fairgrounds and that I am responsible for any property damage or personal injury to myself or others my animal may cause. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. The exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless to the fair, the county, and the State of California from and against any liability, claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fee) arising out of any injury or damage which is caused by, arises from, or is in any way connected with participation in the program or event exception only that caused by the sole active negligence of the Fair. Fair Management shall not be responsible for accidents or losses that may occur to any exhibitors or exhibits at the Fair. The exhibitor (or parent/guardian of minor) is responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the exhibitor’s participation in the program or event. This includes any injury to others, the exhibitor or to the exhibitor’s property. Submission of entries indicates acceptance of all conditions and rules of the State of California and the Silver Dollar Fair. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily registering to attend the Sigma Theta Tau International Xxxxx Xxxxxxx of Nursing (Sigma) 46th Biennial Convention. As a consideration of this event registration, I release Sigma, its employees, any affiliated organization, volunteers, agents, contractors, officers and directors, and representatives (collectively "Releasees") from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, guardians, next of kin, spouses, and legal representatives now have or may have in the future for injury, damage to personal property related to i) my attendance and participation in any and all activities of the convention, ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or iii) the condition of the facilities where activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in such activities.
