Reinstatement After Dismissal or Suspension. Should it be found upon investigation that an employee has been unjustly suspended or dismissed, such employee shall be immediately reinstated in his/her former position without loss of seniority and shall be compensated for all time lost in an amount which is just and equitable in the opinion of the Parties to this Agreement, or in the opinion of the Board of Arbitration if this matter is referred to such a Board.

Reinstatement After Dismissal or Suspension. Any employee who has been wrongfully dismissed or suspended by the Employer and who is later reinstated, shall be compensated in full for all time lost less any earnings he may have made through other employment during the period of his dismissal or suspension.
