Notice of Dismissal or Suspension. Notice of dismissal or suspension shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons for dismissal or suspension, and a copy shall be sent to the President of the Union or his/her designate.
Notice of Dismissal or Suspension a. A Notice of Dismissal or Suspension shall be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the stated effective date of such action and no later than March 15 of the employee's second probationary year.
