Registered Savings Plan (RSP a) The Employer agrees to contribute an amount as set out in Schedule “A” for each hour worked toward each employee’s participation in the RSP Plan administered by the CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund. An account will be opened in the employee’s name by the CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund as soon as possible following the receipt of one (1) month’s contributions. The contributions will be deposited in the same manner subject only to the rules established by the Trust Funds Board of Trustees. All monies deposited in the employees account will remain the property of the employee subject only to the rules governing RSP and Benefit Plans.
Registered Savings Plan (RSP. 17.01 The Employer agrees to contribute the RSP amounts in Schedules "A" and "B" per hour, for each employee, for each hour worked toward the Christian Labour Association of Group RSP Board of Trustees. These remittances will be made as per the timeline provisions set out in Article 7.01. Employees are responsible for completing the applicable form, provided by the CLAC Retirement Team, in order to register the RSP contributions.

  • REGISTERED RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN 1. In this Article:

  • Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. The employee shall repay that contribution through payroll deduction in equal instalments throughout the Benefit Year.

  • Retirement Savings Plan Within fifteen (15) days after the date of Termination of Employment, the Company shall pay to Employee a cash payment in an amount, if any, necessary to compensate Employee for the Employee’s unvested interests under the Company’s retirement savings plan which are forfeited by Employee in connection with the Termination of Employment.

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Retirement Savings 5.6.1 Principals are eligible to join a KiwiSaver scheme in accordance with the terms of those schemes.

  • Savings Plan Executive will be eligible to enroll and participate, and be immediately vested in, all Company savings and retirement plans, including any 401(k) plans, as are available from time to time to other key executive employees.

  • Retirement Fund The sum of $ 7.90, May 1, 2019 (May 1, 2020 $8.07; May 1, 2021 $ 8.24) per paid hour; ex- cept that Apprentices starting after April 30, 1997 will have this amount pro-rated in ac- cordance with their term level;

  • Retirement Plan The 2.7% at 55 retirement plan will be available to eligible bargaining unit members covered by this Section 6.1.1.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.
