Recreation Leave Loading. This is equivalent to clause 59 in the current Agreement with a minor change to current clause 59.2(a) in new clause 57.2(a): shiftworkers will be an exception to the rule that an employee is required to utilise one week of recreation leave to be entitled to recreation leave loading.
