RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS. 6.1 The Client shall procure the collection of the Recordings and ancillary materials (if any) (the “Materials”) immediately upon payment in full of the Company’s invoice applicable thereto (the “Collection Date”)
RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS. I hereby irrevocably grant MSEF and its affiliates, officers, directors, sponsors, agents, employees and other third parties designated by MSEF (together “MSEF Representatives”) the right to create and use as set forth below: (i) film, audio, visual, and photographic recordings of me in any and all manner and media formats now known or hereafter existing (collectively “Recordings”), and (ii) materials and media from the Recordings or that use my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, other recognizable features, any information or materials that I provide MSEF, story, testimonial, biographical information, and personal history (collectively “Materials”). I understand and agree that I may be identified in any Recordings, Materials and Media (as defined below).
