Recording of Absences. The officer on duty, sergeant or dispatcher who receives a phone call from a security officer indicating that he/she will not come in for work shall record the request in writing. Security officers who request in writing will be provided with a copy of the leave request record. The record shall indicate the name of the security officer making the request and the time of the call.

Recording of Absences. A dispatcher’s absence must be approved and recorded in writing by a commanding officer. The chain of command for requesting leave is as follows: Direct Supervisor, Operations Lieutenant, and the Chief of Police. A dispatcher, who will not be reporting to work, must call, text, or email his/her direct supervisor to request leave.

  • Leaves of Absences 14.01 Written requests for personal leaves of absence without pay for educational or personal reasons will be considered on an individual basis by the nurse’s manager or her designate. Should the parent(s) elect to retain the device throughout the leave of absence period, approval must be granted by the Principal. Upon approval, the full payout fee for the device will be charged.
