Work Files Sample Clauses

The Work Files clause defines the ownership, handling, and access rights to documents, drafts, and other materials created or used during the course of a project or engagement. Typically, it specifies whether these files remain the property of the service provider or are transferred to the client, and may outline procedures for returning or destroying files at the end of the engagement. This clause ensures clarity regarding intellectual property and confidentiality, preventing disputes over the use or retention of work-related materials after the project concludes.
