Recordation of Deeds. Cause the Deed and any other documents which the parties hereto may mutually direct to be recorded in the Official Records of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and obtain conformed copies thereof for distribution to RDC and Seller.
Recordation of Deeds. The Closing shall, for all purposes under this Agreement, be deemed to have occurred as of the Transfer Time. Recordation of Deeds. The Developer shall promptly cause the First Deed and Second Deed to be recorded in the official real estate records of the Fiscal Officer of the County. The Developer shall pay all costs for so recording the First Deed and Second Deed for the Property and for the cost of any conveyance fees or transfer taxes, if any, provided however, the City and Developer shall cooperate and take such necessary actions to obtain exemption from such conveyance fees or transfer taxes if available under applicable Ohio law.
