Common use of Recordation of Deeds Clause in Contracts

Recordation of Deeds. Upon the Closing, the Closing shall, for all purposes under this Agreement, be deemed to have occurred as of the Transfer Time. The matters and deliveries hereafter described in this Article 13 shall be deemed accomplished concurrently. The recordation of the Deeds shall be accomplished on the Closing Date, if possible, but in any event not later than one (l) day following the Closing and only then provided that the Title Insurer will insure over the gap.
