Recordation of Lease. The parties agree that this Lease shall not be recorded, but upon the request of either party, the other party will join the requesting party in executing a memorandum of lease in a form suitable for recording, and each party agrees that such memorandum shall be prepared and recorded at the requesting party’s expense.
Recordation of Lease. Tenant agrees that it will, upon Landlord’s request, execute a Memorandum of the Lease in a form suitable for recording under applicable Maryland law. The party recording such Memorandum of Lease shall pay all costs of recordation, including transfer taxes and documentary stamp taxes thereon.
