Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of an agreement referred to in clause (ii)(y) above executed by an Assuming Lender or any Increasing Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(x) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement has been completed, (x) accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of an agreement referred to in clause (ii)(B) above executed by an Assuming Lender or an Increasing Lender, and, if applicable, upon the making of any Incremental Term Loan pursuant to clause (ii)(C), together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(A) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement has been completed, (x) accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained therein, and if applicable, the Incremental Term Loans, in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of confirmation from a Lender that it is increasing its Commitment hereunder, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(A) above, the Administrative Agent shall (A) record the information contained therein in the Register and (B) give prompt notice thereof to the Company. Upon its receipt of an Assumption Agreement executed by an Assuming Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(A) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assumption Agreement has been completed and is in substantially the form of Exhibit G, (c) accept such Assumption Agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Company.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of (1) an agreement referred to in clause (ii)(y) above executed by each Assuming Lender and each Increasing Lender part of such Commitment Increase, as applicable, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(x) above and (2) an amended Schedule I pursuant to clause (iv) below, the Administrative Agent shall, (x) if such agreement referred to in clause (ii)(y) has been completed, accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained in the amended Schedule I in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrowers.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of a Commitment Increase Supplement executed by an Assuming Lender or any Increasing Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(x) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement has been completed, (x) accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of an agreement referred to in clause (b)(ii) above executed by an Assuming Lender or any Increasing Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (b)(i) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement has been completed, (x) accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower. This Agreement shall be amended by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower to reflect the addition of each Assuming Lender and the increase in Commitments of each Increasing Lender, which amendment shall not require the consent of the Required Lenders or the Lenders.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of confirmation referred to in clause (ii)(z) above from a Revolving Credit Lender that it is increasing its Revolving Credit Commitment hereunder, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(x) above, the Administrative Agent shall (A) record the information contained therein in the Register and (B) give prompt notice thereof to Sprint Nextel. Upon its receipt of an agreement referred to in clause (ii)(y) above executed by an Assuming Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(x) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement has been completed, (x) accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to Sprint Nextel.
Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of confirmation from a Bank that it is increasing its Commitment hereunder, together with the certificate referred to in Table of Contents Section 2.09(d)(ii)(A), the Administrative Agent shall record the information contained therein in the Register and give prompt notice thereof to PFI. Upon its receipt of an Assumption Agreement executed by an Assuming Bank, together with the certificate referred to in Section 2.09(d)(ii)(A), the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assumption Agreement has been completed and is in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent, accept such Assumption Agreement, record the information contained therein in the Register and give prompt notice thereof to PFI.
Recordation into Register. Upon the occurrence of the Borrower Merger Commitment Increase, the Administrative Agent shall record the related information in the Register and give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower.
