Examples of Title Insurer in a sentence
If, at Closing, the Property is subject to (i) any mortgages, security interests or similar liens or encumbrances which may be satisfied by the payment of money and which are affirmatively placed on the Property by Seller (collectively, “ Voluntary Liens”), Seller shall be obligated to pay the same and Purchaser shall have no right to object to the existence of same provided that such Voluntary Liens are paid by Seller and the Title Insurer shall omit the same from Purchaser’s title insurance policy.
Seller shall either deliver to the Title Insurer at the Closing certified check(s), payable to the order of the appropriate tax collecting agency or official, in the amount of all Conveyance Taxes, or elect to offset the amount thereof against the Purchase Price, in which event Purchaser shall pay same for the account of Seller.
At Closing, Purchaser may cause title to the Premises to be insured by the Title Insurer at Purchaser’s sole cost and expense.
Title Insurer or another nationally recognized title company shall be prepared to insure title to the Premises at regular rates without exception for the Declaration.
