Recall from Layoff Process. All employees who have been subject to an involuntary layoff will be placed on a Recall from Layoff Eligibility List for all Teamsters' represented classifications within the City. Employees will remain on the Recall from Layoff Eligibility List for a period of twenty-four (24) months.

  • Layoff Process Layoff of bargaining unit members is an undesired outcome of an extremely harsh and unforgiving economic reality. Prior to the declaration of retrenchment or a financial exigency, the following process will be employed:
