Reassignment to Former Position. If on or after the thirty-first consecutive working day of such service, the Commissioner of Administrative Services or designee has not approved the assignment, the employee upon request shall be reassigned to his/her former position, subject to the provisions of Section 5, “Appeal Procedure,” of this article.

  • Assignment/Reassignment 20.1 An employee shall be assigned/reassigned to a position by the appropriate administrator. Such assignments shall be consistent with the employee's classification except as provided elsewhere in this Article. It is expressly agreed that the application or interpretation of this section shall not require any change of the classification of any unit member.

  • Permanent Reassignment Nothing in this procedure will preclude Management from permanently reassigning an employee to another position provided the employee is notified, in writing, of the reason(s) for the reassignment.
