Transfer and Reassignment. Seniority numbers where applicable for the purpose of transfer and reassignment in Article 13 shall be, determined by applying the rules in this Article.
Transfer and Reassignment. The Parties recognize the need for accommodations of teaching assignments during this unprecedented time given individual circumstances. To support this, an involuntary transfer/reassignment may be initiated by the District to accommodate staffing needs during this MOU, and will last no longer than the MOU's duration. Any involuntary transfer/reassignment will not be made in an arbitrary or capricious manner. Transfers/reassignments made during this MOU are temporary; the bargaining unit member will be returned to their previous position and previous site upon termination of MOU.

Examples of Transfer and Reassignment in a sentence

  • After the initial ten (10) day period, the vacancy shall be filled by the most senior substitute desiring the vacancy, who shall then remain in the position until the regular driver returns.

  • The teacher shall return to the same site, unless the teacher is the least senior in their licensure area/department, or chooses excess status through the canvassing process pursuant to the Transfer and Reassignment Article, Staff Reduction (see 13.7).

  • If there is a staff reduction, the canvassing process that includes the teacher on leave will be followed pursuant to the Transfer and Reassignment Process (see 13.7).

  • In that respect, the available control bandwidth is limited to the bitrate that can be transmitted (using the parameters described above) using 13 subcarriers only.

  • A reassignment is defined as a substantial change in the grade level(s) taught and/or the preparations assigned.3. Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment ProceduresTo be eligible for transfer, a teacher must have a performance record showing competence as determined by the current evaluation process.

  • Involuntary Transfer and Reassignment ProceduresThe District will consider the interests and aspirations of its employees when making assignments or transfers.

  • Unless otherwise provided in this Article, a unit member on a paid or unpaid leave of absence for a year or less shall be entitled to return to the same position which he held immediately before commencement of the leave whenever possible; however, placement in another school and/or position shall be governed by the Transfer and Reassignment Policy.

  • The teacher shall return to the same site, unless the teacher is the least senior in their licensure area/department, or chooses excess status through the canvassing process pursuant to the Transfer and Reassignment Article section on staff reduction.

  • Hiring, Transfer, and Reassignment 10.1 Employee HiringThe Board has established the following objective criteria for decisions regarding the hiring, dismissal, reassignment, promotion, and demotion of District employees.

  • A member of the unit asserting a grievance is referred to as "the aggrieved." The Association shall be referred to as "the aggrieved" when the Association is grieving a violation of Article 4 (Association Rights) or Article 12 (Transfer and Reassignment).

  • Reassignment shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.10.

  • Transfer and Servicing Agreement means the Amended and Restated Transfer and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2007 among the Transferor, the Servicer, and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.

  • Transfer Agreement means the agreement providing for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights.

  • LERG Reassignment or "NXX Reassignment" means the reassignment of an entire NXX code shown in the LERG from one Carrier to another Carrier. "Line Side" refers to End Office Switch connections that have been programmed to treat the circuit as a local line connected to a terminating station (e.g., an End User Customer's telephone station set, a PBX, answering machine, facsimile machine or computer).

  • Assignment and Conveyance An Assignment and Conveyance in the form of Exhibit I hereto dated as of the related Closing Date, by and between the Company and the Purchaser.

  • Asset Transfer Agreement means the asset transfer agreement dated September 12, 2014 between Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust and Centurion Apartment REIT pursuant to which Centurion Apartment REIT seeded the initial portfolio of Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust.

  • Assignment and Conveyance Agreement As defined in Subsection 6.01.

  • Conveyance Agreement means the Conveyance Agreement Master Securitization Terms Number 1000, dated February 29, 2008, as amended and reaffirmed from time to time, among the Master Depositor, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (as successor in interest to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A.), as eligible lender trustee for the benefit of the Master Depositor, VL Funding, as the depositor, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (as successor in interest to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A.), as eligible lender trustee for the benefit of VL Funding, and Xxxxxx Xxx, Inc., as master servicer, together with each executed Purchase Agreement (as defined therein), each executed Xxxx of Sale (as defined therein) and all attachments thereto.

  • General Assignment means, in relation to a Ship, a general assignment of (inter alia) the Earnings, the Insurances and any Requisition Compensation relative to that Ship in the Agreed Form and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • IDR Transfer Agreement means an agreement to transfer, subject to the terms of Tariff, Part VI, section 237, Incremental Deliverability Rights to a party for the purpose of eliminating or reducing the need for Local or Network Upgrades that would otherwise have been the responsibility of the party receiving such rights. Immediate-need Reliability Project: “Immediate-need Reliability Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.

  • Transfer Agreements As defined in the Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement. Transferor: Each seller of Mortgage Loans to the Seller pursuant to the Transfer Agreements.

  • Sale and Contribution Agreement means the Sale and Contribution Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among the Servicer, the Transferor and the Borrower, as such agreement may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Transfer Affidavit and Agreement As defined in Section 5.02(d).

  • Transfer Affidavit As defined in Section 5.02(c).

  • Assignment of Management Agreement means the Assignment of Management Agreement and Subordination of Management Fees, dated the same date as this Loan Agreement, among Borrower, Lender and Property Manager, including all schedules, riders, allonges and addenda, as such Assignment of Management Agreement may be amended from time to time, and any future Assignment of Management Agreement and Subordination of Management Fees executed in accordance with Section 6.09(d).

  • Share Transfer Agreement means the share transfer agreement, in the agreed form, between the partners in the Company;

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.

  • Transfer Instruction is a specific information provided for a transfer to be made that you provide to the Account to Account Transfer Service for a transfer of funds.

  • Purchase Agreement Assignment means that certain Purchase Agreement Assignment [NW 1997 J], dated as of March 18, 1998, between Lessee and Lessor, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time, with a form of Consent and Agreement to be executed by the Manufacturer attached thereto.

  • Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement means the agreement among the Company, the Purchasers, and certain other stockholders of the Company, dated as of the date of the Initial Closing, in the form of Exhibit G attached to this Agreement.

  • Transferor Letter As defined in Section 5.03(n).

  • Contribution Agreement means that certain Contribution and Conveyance Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among the General Partner, the Partnership, the Operating Partnership and certain other parties, together with the additional conveyance documents and instruments contemplated or referenced thereunder, as such may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Assignment Agreements The following Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreements, each dated as of March 29, 2006, whereby certain Servicing Agreements solely with respect to the related Mortgage Loans were assigned to the Depositor for the benefit of the Certificateholders:

  • Transferee Affidavit and Agreement As defined in Section 6.02(g)(i)(B).

  • Reassignment Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, after giving effect to any deposits and distributions otherwise to be made on such Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Adjusted Invested Amount on such Distribution Date, plus (ii) Monthly Interest for such Distribution Date and any Monthly Interest previously due but not distributed to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders on a prior Distribution Date, plus (iii) the amount of Additional Interest, if any, for such Distribution Date and any Additional Interest previously due but not distributed to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders on a prior Distribution Date.

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).
