Reapplication for Employment. In the event that an individual faculty member has resigned in accordance with the applicable provisions of Article XI, Section 1, and desires to seek subsequent employment, an application in writing, should be directed to the Executive Director of Human Resources. Due consideration will be given said application.

Reapplication for Employment agrees that he shall neither seek nor accept reemployment with or through Daisytek, whether such employment be directly with Daisytek or a parent, subsidiary or affiliate of Daisytek.

Camp further agrees that the refusal to provide information beyond the within in response to a request for a reference shall not violate Paragraph 6 of this Agreement.
