Reallocation of Funds. COUNTY reserves the right to reallocate the available program funds to other service areas based on CONTRACTOR performance or client demand.
Reallocation of Funds. Reallocation of funds is not permitted. Sponsoring Institution may only use this Grant to support the Grantee’s salary with only 5% of the total direct costs being allowed for institutional overhead expenses. Further, the funds awarded shall be used for the purposes specified in the Application submitted to LLS as executed by the Grantee, Sponsor and Sponsoring Institution and in strict compliance with the budget submitted with the Application and approved by LLS.
Reallocation of Funds. 1. Project grants that have not been fully utilized, project grants that have been cancelled due to irregularities or for other reasons, and funds uncommitted upon closure of calls for proposals, may be reallocated to future calls for proposals; to projects placed on a reserve list as a result of a previous selection process; or to additional activities of already-approved projects, provided that these additional activities contribute to the project objectives.
Reallocation of Funds. The Grantee will be permitted to reallocate funds from one expense category to another without prior written approval of LLS. The restrictions provided in Section H will apply. For reallocation of funds which exceed the above numbered categories in Section H, written approval of LLS must be obtained. Recipient understands and agrees that any funds allocated by Treasury to Recipient that are not disbursed to Recipient in accordance with Section 3201(c)(2) as a subsequent payment will be reallocated by Treasury to other eligible recipients under Section 3201(e).
