Common use of Reallocation of Funds Clause in Contracts

Reallocation of Funds. The Grantee will be permitted to reallocate funds from one expense category to another without prior written approval of LLS. The restrictions provided in Section H will apply. For reallocation of funds which exceed the above numbered categories in Section H, written approval of LLS must be obtained.
