Re-Approval. All changes and or substitutions proposed during construction by Developer must be submitted to the RE for review. If the requested change does not affect, in any way, the Final Cost Estimate, Project Schedule, or Plaza Project quality established by the GDP and Final Plans and Specifications, the RE shall either approve or reject the Change Order in writing within five (5) Working Days of receiving Developer’s written notice, provided Developer has submitted complete documentation substantiating the need for such Change Order. If the RE fails to respond to Developer’s written request within the five (5) Working Days, the Change Order request shall be deemed denied.

Re-Approval. Re-Approval may be required, at the discretion of the Component Technology department, when: o an Engineering Change Notice is issued against an existing drawing or specification of an approved part, o previous samples were rejected, o the `Seller' changes the process, raw materials, or the manufacturing location3, o approval is reduced to Temporary Approval or rescinded as defined in paragraph 5.4 above, o periodic samples pulled from production shipments fail to meet approval requirements, o the latest approval becomes obsolete, by any other means.
Re-Approval. If, after receiving approval the teacher finds that his/her approved course has been canceled or closed by an act of the higher educational institution applied to for admission, then the teacher so affected may immediately reapply in writing to the Chief School Administrator for any other courses offered by an approved higher educational institution. The re-application will be considered in exactly the same manner as the original application, except that the process may be expedited by the Chief School Administrator in order to assist the teacher to receive a review for reapplication promptly.

  • Course Approval Approval for dual credit shall be by the LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representatives on a course-by-course basis each semester based on the student’s prior coursework, career pathway, and/or academic readiness. There is no state limit to the number of credits a student may earn through dual credit in an academic term; however, the student must meet eligibility requirements.

  • Corporate Approval This Agreement has been approved by the Board, and has been duly executed and delivered by Employee and on behalf of the Company by its duly authorized representative.

  • HSR Approval The applicable waiting period under the HSR Act shall have expired or been terminated.

  • Member Approval The “vote” or “approval” of the Members shall mean approval by a majority percentage of Membership Interest. Members shall vote or approve by their percentage interest as shown on Exhibit A of this Agreement. No annual or regular meetings of the Members are required.   • Listing Approval The Shares to be delivered on the Closing Date or any Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject to official notice of issuance. If (i) any of the conditions specified in this Section 5 shall not have been fulfilled when and as provided in this Agreement, or (ii) any of the opinions and certificates mentioned above or elsewhere in this Agreement shall not be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Representative and its counsel, this Agreement and all obligations of the Underwriters hereunder may be cancelled on, or at any time prior to, the Closing Date or any Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, by the Representative. Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Company in writing or by telephone or facsimile confirmed in writing.
