PERIODIC SAMPLES. Thereafter, consecutively at four (4) month intervals, Licensee shall, at Licensee's expense, submit to Licensor not less than two (2) randomly selected production run samples of the Trademarked Product.
PERIODIC SAMPLES. Gatherer may at its cost periodically sample and test the quality of Shipper’s Gas. If at any time Shipper’s Gas fails to meet the specifications set forth in Section 5.1, Shipper shall pay for subsequent tests to establish that Shipper’s Gas meets the specifications.
PERIODIC SAMPLES. Transporter reserves the right to periodically sample and test the quality of the Crude Petroleum delivered by Shipper at any Receipt Point. Transporter shall be responsible for all costs attributable to such periodic sampling and testing. If at any time Shipper’s Crude Petroleum triggers any of the rejection rights set forth in Section 4.1, Shipper shall pay for any tests performed thereafter to establish that such Crude Petroleum no longer triggers such provisions.
PERIODIC SAMPLES. A. agrees to furnish a reasonable number of samples of each Approved Product to N.O. and P.N. not less than monthly, and at more frequent intervals at the reasonable request of N.O. or P.N., for inspection and testing.
PERIODIC SAMPLES. Upon written request from Licensor, Licensee shall provide at least two randomly selected samples of Licensed Items from production at Licensee’s expense. Licensor sample requests will not exceed two samples per each six month interval.
