Complete Documentation definition

Complete Documentation means documentation and other detailed written support which identifies with specificity the basis and the charges which are subject to the Bona Fide Dispute, the Service interruption credit or other credit to which Customer reasonably believes itself entitled, and the amounts being withheld by Customer pending resolution of such Bona Fide Dispute.
Complete Documentation means: (a) reasonable detail for the basis of the dispute and the charges subject to the Bona Fide Dispute, (b) the credit to which Customer reasonably believes itself entitled, (c) details of the amounts withheld by Customer pending resolution of such Bona Fide Dispute; and ( d) any additional information that Brightspeed, in its discretion, requires as necessary to support a particular type of dispute.
Complete Documentation means documentation and other detailed written support, which shall include CDRs where appropriate, and shall identify the basis for, and the charges which are subject to, a dispute, as well as the amount of the dispute. The documentation must contain sufficient specificity as will reasonably permit the non-disputing Party to conduct an accurate investigation of the dispute without reference to other records maintained by the disputing party.
