RATES FOR NEW JOBS. When a new job is created, or the content of an existing job classification is substantially altered outside the parameters of the job description, the Employer will notify the Union of the classification and rate structure prior to its becoming effective. In the event the Union does not agree that the classification and rate are proper, the Union may request a special conference in which the classification and rate shall be subject to negotiations.
