Radio Service. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the following terms shall apply to the Radio Service (as defined below):

Radio Service. During the term of this Contract, and in accordance with the Marin Access Paratransit Contract, the MCTD will supply the Contractor with radio service secured through the Marin Emergency Radio Authority (MERA) or other comparable provider for use by the Contractor in the provision of the 15633 Marin Access Paratransit Contract services. The MCTD provides this radio service as an expense shared with the GGBHTD with the costs allocated based on the prior year’s Total Vehicle Miles. The GGBHTD’s share of the radio expense will be allocated on the basis of the ratio of actual mileage operated in provision of the Inter-county Paratransit Service for the prior year compared to the combined Total Vehicle Miles operated for all Marin Access Paratransit Service and, any services provided by the Contractor under other contracts using vehicles provided by the Contractor.
Radio Service. The parties agree that, to the extent permissible under applicable state and federal law, radios used on City and University fixed route buses will operate on a frequency held by KU. Radios used on City and University paratransit vehicles will operate on a frequency held by the City. Each party shall remain solely responsible for licensing and other requirements associated with their respective frequencies. In addition, each party shall remain solely responsible for the provision of appropriate radio equipment to vehicles owned by the party, or operated by Contractor on behalf of the party.
Radio Service. The LAC Fire Department shall ensure that handheld radios are available for CDCR emergency use and maintained at the expense of the LAC Fire Department.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees.

  • Mail Services BTU-ESP may use the School Board mail service, including employee mailboxes, for official communication to education support professionals, provided the BTU-ESP complies with all provisions of the Private Express Statutes, including postage requirements. The parties agree that should the Private Express Statutes change regarding required postage, this provision shall be modified accordingly. BTU-ESP and the Board shall develop guidelines for this service and for appropriate charges prior to implementing the use of the mail service.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
