Qualifications of Scientific and Engineering Staff. The Contractor shall utilize only personnel who meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications on projects that will be executed under this Contract. The Contracting Officer may request the résumés of any of these personnel to verify that they meet the minimum requirements set forth in this Section C before Task Order award. Résumés of some personnel are required to be submitted when submitting a proposal for an individual Task Order.
