Specialized Abilities and Skills Aptitude to learn and develop the skills and abilities of the trade in which they are indentured, through the assimilation of supervised vocational and on-the-job instruction and practice; ability to work harmoniously with other employees and to take specific direction and instructions from journeymen and/or other qualified employees they are assigned to work with; good physical condition consistent with the practice of the trade.
