Publications and References a. Subject to the provisions of Section 8, LICENSEE shall be permitted to publish abstracts, articles and posters in peer reviewed journals or the public domain concerning the results of LICENSEE’s usage of the LICENSED ITEMS.

Publications and References. Applicable publications, directives, handbooks, and standards provide guidance and direction in performance of the requirements. Applicable publications, directives, and/or standards, in addition to those listed in Section J, Attachment 2, will be specified within each TO and the Contractor shall comply with the most current version of any applicable document. Unless otherwise specified the issue of these documents are those listed in the effective Department of Defense Index of Specifications and Standards, maintained on-line at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/whs/directives/. In the event of a conflict between this PWS and any document referred to herein or in any TO issued under this contract, the requirements of this PWS shall prevail unless the document is mandated by law. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying the CO in writing within 30 days of publication revisions/changes/supplements if there is any impact on the scope of work to be performed under this contract or order hereto.

All references in this Agreement to sections (whether spelled out or using the § symbol), subsections, exhibits or other attachments, are references to sections, subsections, exhibits or other attachments contained herein or incorporated as a part hereof, unless otherwise noted.

  • Captions and Cross References The various captions (including, without limitation, the table of contents) in this Agreement are provided solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
