Purchase and Distribution of Yard Trimmings Carts. CONTRACTOR shall purchase and distribute fully assembled and 3 functional YT Carts to new Service Units receiving Mandatory YT Cart Collection 4 Service or Subscription YT Cart Collection Service, that are added to the Service 5 District during the term of this Agreement. The number of YT Carts and the size 6 of the YT Cart to be distributed will be in accordance with the information 7 provided by the City Representative to CONTRACTOR. Except as provided in 8 Section 5.4 of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall complete the distribution of 9 the cart within ten (10) Work Days of receipt of the information from the City 10 Representative.

Purchase and Distribution of Yard Trimmings Carts. 18 CONTRACTOR shall purchase and distribute fully assembled and functional Yard 19 Trimmings Carts to new Service Units receiving Mandatory Yard Trimmings Cart 20 Collection Service or Subscription Yard Trimmings Cart Collection Service, that are 21 added to CONTRACTOR’s Service District during the term of this Agreement. The CITY 22 will provide CONTRACTOR with addresses of new Service Units requiring Yard 23 Trimmings Carts and the number and size of the Yard Trimmings Carts to be provided to 24 each Service Unit. Except as provided in Section 4.04 of this Agreement, 25 CONTRACTOR shall complete the distribution within ten (10) Work Days of receipt of 26 the new Service Unit address through the Consolidated Utility Billing System.

  • Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades described in Appendix A. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs related to Distribution Upgrades. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Distribution Upgrades and Network Upgrades, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.

  • Archival Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Product or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. “Disaster Recovery” shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.

  • Allocations and Distributions The LLC's profits and losses shall be allocated to the Member. At the time determined by a majority of the Managers, the Managers may cause the LLC to distribute to the Member any cash held by it which is neither reasonably necessary for the operation of the LLC nor the performance of its contractual obligations, nor which is in violation of Sections 18-607 or 18-804 of the Act or any contractual agreement binding on the LLC.

  • Listing Inclusion and Distribution Verizon shall include each CBB Customer’s primary listing in the appropriate alphabetical directory and, for business Customers, in the appropriate classified (Yellow Pages) directory in accordance with the directory configuration, scope and schedules determined by Verizon in its sole discretion, and shall provide initial distribution of such directories to such CBB Customers in the same manner it provides initial distribution of such directories to its own Customers. “

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Bank shall maintain and update from time to time business continuation and disaster recovery procedures with respect to its global custody business, which are designed, in the event of a significant business disruption affecting Bank, to be sufficient to enable Bank to resume and continue to perform its duties and obligations under this Agreement without undue delay or disruption. Bank shall test the operability of such procedures at least annually. Bank shall enter into and shall maintain in effect at all times during the term of this Agreement reasonable provision for (i) periodic back-up of the computer files and data with respect to Customer and (ii) use of alternative electronic data processing equipment to provide services under this Agreement. Upon reasonable request, Bank shall discuss with Customer any business continuation and disaster recovery procedures of Bank. Bank represents that its business continuation and disaster recovery procedures are appropriate for its business as a global custodian to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act.

  • Distribution Restrictions The Employer must elect in Section 6.03 the Adoption Agreement the distribution events permitted under the Plan. The distribution events applicable to the Participant's Deferral Contributions Account, Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account and Qualified Matching Contributions Account must satisfy the distribution restrictions described in paragraph (m) of Section 14.03.
