Schedule of Rates The specific rates and costs applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B – Schedule of Rates, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
Employee-Requested Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed at the employee’s request and with the Employer’s approval, provided the Employer’s business and customer service needs are met and no overtime expense is incurred.
Notice of Changes If a Party makes a change in its network which it believes will materially affect the interoperability of its network with the other Party, the Party making the change shall provide at least ninety (90) days advance written notice of such change to the other Party.
Notice of Changed Positions In the event that the Employer introduces significant changes to an existing job such that the job description is substantially altered, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union outlining the changes which have taken place, along with the Employer's proposal for a change in the wage rate, if any. Should the Union object to the proposed wage rate, such objection to the wage rate must be made in writing, within thirty (30) days of notification by the Employer. If no written objection is received by the Employer, then the wage rate shall be considered as agreed to. If the wage rate proposed by the Employer for the changed job is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised wage rate shall be effective from the date on which the changes were implemented.

Extended Tours/Hybrid Schedules The Employer and the Union may agree to implement extended tours or hybrid schedule (mix of extended and normal tours). For clarity, a hybrid schedule may include extended tours on weekends and normal tours during the week. The following will apply:
Schedule of Specific Commitments 1. Each Party shall set out in a schedule the specific commitments it undertakes under Article 106 (National Treatment), Article 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) and Article 108 (Additional Commitments). With respect to sectors where such commitments are undertaken, each Schedule shall specify: (a) terms, limitations and conditions on market access; (b) conditions and qualifications on national treatment; (c) undertakings relating to additional commitments referred to in Article 108 (Additional Commitments); and (d) where appropriate, the time-frame for implementation of such commitments and the date of entry into force of such commitments. 2. In this case, the inscription is considered to provide a condition or qualification to Article 106 (National Treatment) as well. 3.
