Examples of Schedule of Specific Commitments in a sentence

  • In the consultations, the Parties shall aim to ensure that a general level of mutually advantageous commitments no less favourable to trade than that provided for in the Schedule of Specific Commitments prior to such consultations is maintained.

Related to Schedule of Specific Commitments

  • Commitment Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Tranche C Commitment means, as to each Lender, its obligation to (a) make Committed Loans to TFA pursuant to Section 2.1(c) and (b) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.1 as its “Tranche C Commitment” or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.

  • Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
