PUBLICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. 10.1 The parties agree that this Agreement will be published by the Ministry of Education and NZEI Te Riu Roa on their websites as soon as reasonably practicable after it is signed in order to help promote understanding of the Agreement.
PUBLICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. The Parties agree that a copy of this Agreement may be publicly disclosed on MPP’s website. Such disclosure will not constitute a breach of either Party’s obligations under this clause 6.
PUBLICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement will be published on the Closing the Gap website and remain there for the life of this Agreement. Any subsequent changes to the Agreement will also be published on the website. The Parties will develop plain English, accessible materials and materials in language that can be accessed by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander people across Australia in support of this Agreement. These will be updated to reflect any changes to this Agreement.
PUBLICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be made available online at xxx.xxxxx.xxx. Should the Alliance elect to print hard copies of this Agreement for the benefit of its members, it shall bear the cost of doing so.

Idorsia undertakes to provide to the Institution a modified version of the Contract intended for publication in the Registry of Contracts pursuant to Act No 340/2015 Coll., on Special Conditions for the Efficacy of Some Agreements, Publica- tion of These Agreements, and on an Agreement Register , no later than as of the date of signature of the full-version Contract. The Institution undertakes to publish the modified version of the Con- tract within 5 working days (or within the 30-day deadline stipulated by the Act č. 340/2015 Sb) of the Effective Date of the Agreement. Should the Institution fail to publish the Agreement within the agreed deadline, Idorsia shall be authorised to publish the Agreement. 1.8
PUBLICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. In the event that either Party is obliged by law to publish to the general public all or part of this Agreement, that Party shall notify the other of the same and the two Parties shall consult regarding appropriate redactions from the Agreement before publication.
